There is a delete icon to the right of the question block, so click on it.

You will get a pop-up alert asking if you really want to delete it. If you click "OK", the question will be deleted. Please note that all questions and answers associated with the lower level will also be deleted, and there will be no restore operation after the deletion.

How to delete an answer choice
